The Virtual Exhibit Booth
High Quality Graphics
Each exhibit consists of four high-resolution exhibit panels. The two side panels are 1000 x 530, high-resolution images. The center image is a 1200 by 670, high-resolution image and the table front is a 300 x 500, high-resolution image.
Even the tiniest text can be read from these high-resolution images when attendees approach the exhibit.
Information Pop-up and Additional Links
When an attendee approaches either of the two side panels, an information panel will appear over the exhibit hall window with more information, specific to that panel. This is text-only and can contain several paragraphs of information.
On the pop-up is a “Read More” button that will open up a new browser window to the web page indicated by the exhibitor.
Exhibitor Chat
Attendees and exhibitors can chat at each exhibit in real-time. Attendees are distinguished by their user names. Exhibit personal are highlighted so that attendees know when they are talking to exhibitor or vendor.
For Administrators
You can ask your exhibitor to send their exhibit graphics to you. Or you can send the templates to your exhibitors and they send them to you to apply to their exhibit.

You can walk through the aisles and find the perfect spot to watch. Videos can range from short product demonstrations to full-length presentations.
When the video is over or you're ready to head back to the exhibit hall, just walk out of the auditorium.
