How we use the data we collect
- Email is collected for the sole purpose of account recovery after a forgotten password. Email addresses are not exposed to other attendees, administrators or third-party applications.
- Username is collected to identify an attendee/user in the virtual tradeshow.
- First and Last name are optional and for the use of the virtual trade show administrator upon request for the purpose correspondence
- Passowrds are enctryped for the purpose of exhibit hall entry. Passwords are never exposted to attendees, administrators or third party applications.
The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.
The virtual trade show application does collect activity within the virtual trade show such as login attempts, panel views and panel clicks. This information is sent and stored as Events using Google Analytics. This information is User name-based and does not collect any personal information.
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of
an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone
called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address,
device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service,
the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
