Entering the Exhibit Hall
- All attendees must log in to the event. If it is their first visit to the exhibit hall, they can register for a user-name and password. These credentials help you keep track of the traffic to your exhibit hall.
- Each attendee enters the exhibit hall at the same location. This allows you to sell premium space at various price points.
Walking the Show Floor
- You have strategically placed exhibits booths in the exhibit hall. Just like the physical trade show, you can have as many exhibits as you can fit within the exhibit hall.
- More exhibits in the exhibit hall means more potential revenue for the cost of a single exhibit hall.
- Fewer exhibits means more space to navigate around the exhibit hall, wider aisles and ease of distinguishing between exhibits.
- Attendees use the arrow keys on the keyboard to move forward, backward, turn left or
turn right.
- Attendees can move anywhere on the trade show floor, visiting exhibiting booths,
the hall information center, or other attendees in the exhibit hall.
- There are two sets of doors in each exhibit hall. Clicking on doors within the exhibit hall take attendees to other exhibit halls
or custom html pages that you determine in the control panel.
Visiting an Exhibit
- Each exhibit has its own custom, high-res graphic that allows you to create easy-to-read signage and high-impact
booth visibility.
- Using the mouse, the attendee can hover over clickable booth elements for a summary of what information they will get when when they click the mouse.
- With the click of the mouse, a new window opens up to a custom HTML page that can include:
- videos
- downloadable media
- HTML links
- PDF brochures and sales collateral
- Anything the exhibitor has available on the web!
Social Networking
- Attendees can chat live to the global exhibit hall in a public forum.
- Attendees can start private chats with attendees and exhibitors by clicking on
attendee avatars or selecting an attendee's name from the list of attendees.

The Billing Process
When you sign up, your credit card will be charged $179 and again on that day of every month that you continue your exhibit hall. You can cancel at any time prior to the bill-date of the next billing cycle and your credit card will not be charged again.
Single Month Example
(Week 1)
We signed up for your first exhibit hall. We added 5 "example" exhibit booths to your exhibit hall and added it to your website easy enough.
(Week Two)
The next week, we advertised our virtual trade show to our website visitors as potential attendees and offered "virtual exhibit space" to our members. We were able to add 20 exhibit booths that second week.
(Week Three)
We opened the virtual trade show to registered addendees. Attendees chatted with exhibitors and were eager to click on exhibits for some of the promotions, videos, downloadable materials, etc.
(Week Four)
When we closed the exhibit hall, we exported all the activity reports of our show into Excel spreadsheets from the MyExhibits control panel. Then we canceled our GoExhibit exhibit hall.
Summary
We collected exhibiting fees and attendee registration fees and only paid $179 for the entire event.
In the following weeks, we were able to offer (sell) our attendee list to our entire member list. We even sold premium lists to members who offered products and services similiar to items that were clicked on during the show. We were able to capitalize on almost every report we generated prior to closing the exhibit hall.
