How the image template works
1. Accessing the template
When you start setting up your exhibit hall, you will notice that all
the graphical elements of the exhbiit hall are two dimensional graphics
(ie, posters, banners, wall textures and flooring.) The exhibit booth
graphic is a bit different, but just as simple to manipulate.
When you view your exhbit hall for the first time, you will notice that
all of the exhibit booths are set to a default image.
Tip: You may want to download the template image and use it as a booth
image to see how the template works with the three-dimensional image.
Finding the booth template
Log in to the control panel using your username and password. If you
are a single exhibitor, you will be taken to your booth's control panel.
If you are an exhibit hall coordinator, you will have to select a booth
to modify from a list of booths visible to the trade show.
At the bottom of the control panel is a link to the current booth image
and a link to the standard booth template. Click on the booth template
link and it will open in a new window, in it's origianal size. Right click
on the template image and select "Save Image As" from the menu.
Save the image to your computer.
Edit the booth template
Open the template file in your favorite graphic software program and
edit each section.
Save the new version
Once you have finished editing the template. Save the file to your computer.
Uploading the new graphic to the booth
Open the control pane, again. At the bottom of the form (near the template
links) is a form to upload your new image. Select Browse and select the
new file. Then select Upload.
Preview the new booth
Once uploaded, the new image is instantly viewable from the exhibit hall.
